Thanks for choosing to stay with us. to make your stay comfortable and a pleasurable and memorable one we suggest a few house rules that are required to be followed

• As hygiene is primary to all of us we suggest that you leave your outdoor footwear at the racks available outside.
• We have a fully equipped kitchen which we encourage you to use, however we also request you to leave the cups, utensils and sink clean for others to use.
• As you are aware water and power are dear and need to be preserved. We encourage you to use the facilities and recommend that you are sensitive to the misuse of it. Therefore conserve it.
• As you would notice we have a specified Dining space and would appreciate if food is not take to the bedrooms
• You will notice that there is enough supply of Coffee & Tea for you to consume. Enjoy making your own cup of tea or coffee.
• Please refrain from smoking inside the house.
• Our house pet PICKO is a Friendly Labrador. Please play with her outside the house, and refrain from feeding her, because she has a sensitive stomach.
• Breakages are chargeable.
• No Pets Allowed.
